If you have super ripe bananas on the counter and you don’t want to make banana bread, then freeze them! The 2 Ingredient Banana Nicecream is soooo easy and good and it tastes creamy like icecream! And it’s only 2 ingredients!!! I really do think that less is more when it comes to food. And if it’s not enough for you, you can always add on more! For example, sometimes I like to fold in chocolate chips, sprinkles, or coconut flakes. Sometimes I even add in cocoa, peanut butter, or cinnamon.
Why would I eat nicecream instead of icecream?
Bananas – are full of vitamin C, manganese, and potassium. This means that they’re good for the skin and can reduce blood pressure and help regulate muscle contractions. The bananas are extra sweet when they’re ripe and create a beautiful, creamy texture. However, you won’t get that sugar headache that can come with eating icecream. The bananas will give you all of the benefits.

2 Ingredient Banana Nicecream
an ice cold, creamy, sweet treat. Vegan, gluten-free + dairy-free.
- Prep Time: 5 minutes
- Total Time: 5 minutes
- Yield: 2 servings 1x

- 3 ripened bananas
- 1 tsp vanilla extract or vanilla bean
- Peel and chop 3 bananas into smaller pieces.
- Freeze them for at least 4 hours (the more frozen, the better).
- Add the frozen bananas to the blender.
- Add the vanilla extract (or vanilla bean scrapings).
- Blend and scrape the banana down to the bottom with a spoon when it gets stuck on the sides of the walls. Blend again and repeat.
- Keep blending until creamy nicecream consistency. ☺️
If you’re having a blender emergency, use little splashes of nut milk to keep it going. Just use as little as possible (best to use none) and push down pieces that get stuck on the sides with a spoon after blending.
If you’ve never used a vanilla bean and want to, you take the vanilla bean and make an incision with a small knife down the whole bean. Then you open up the bean and take the non sharp side of your knife to scrape it out.🤠
