2 Ingredient Banana Nicecream

an ice cold, creamy, sweet treat. Vegan, gluten-free + dairy-free.


  • 3 ripened bananas
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract or vanilla bean


  1. Peel and chop 3 bananas into smaller pieces.
  2. Freeze them for at least 4 hours (the more frozen, the better).
  3. Add the frozen bananas to the blender.
  4. Add the vanilla extract (or vanilla bean scrapings).
  5. Blend and scrape the banana down to the bottom with a spoon when it gets stuck on the sides of the walls. Blend again and repeat.
  6. Keep blending until creamy nicecream consistency. ☺️


If you’re having a blender emergency, use little splashes of nut milk to keep it going. Just use as little as possible (best to use none) and push down pieces that get stuck on the sides with a spoon after blending.
