It’s St. Paddy’s Day month, so naturally I had to make the nutritious version of the shamrock shake! Mint matcha is my go to morning latte, so I knew it would be an amazing combo in this shake and make it extra green! I love sneaking greens into all of my shakes and smoothies and spinach is the most versatile green to add in my opinion. However, I go heavier on the mint because it’s the star of the show. I noticed when I used too much spinach, it wasn’t as good. So, definitely focus on more mint than spinach. This vegan shamrock shake is creamy and will leave you feeling energized, fresh, and amazing : )
This is a shake that I know I will be drinking year round. It’s amazing with cacao nibs folded in and the consistency is super creamy, so it’s fun to put it in a bowl with lots of toppings. I haven’t tried it with granola but I bet it would be amazing with that too!
